Since moving to the United Kingdom in December 2006, he has gained particular expertise in commercial fraud cases, a number of which have involved multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Shane has specific experience in the use of freezing, search and disclosure orders in the tracing of misappropriated assets. He is also familiar with the criminal confiscation regime established under proceeds of crime legislation, having acted on behalf of an enforcement receiver appointed by the Revenue & Customs Prosecutions Office.
Shane studied at the University of Queensland, Australia, where he obtained degrees in laws and science (pharmacology). He was admitted as an Australian solicitor in 2002, and worked in the media and commercial litigation department of a well respected Queensland based firm. He has worked with PCB Litigation since moving to the UK and qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in July 2008.
