PCB Litigation was retained on a case where an Injunction obtained by other solicitors on behalf of their client had been discharged, the proceedings had been stayed, and an enquiry had been ordered as to the damages the Defendant claimed to have suffered, which he said would be running to hundreds of thousands of pounds. PCB Litigation successfully applied to the Court to remove the stay and reinstate the Injunction.
