Steven Philippsohn was interviewed on BBC Radio with regard to the new Money Laundering legislation.
Steven Philippsohn spoke today on the subject of "Cybercrime - Past and Future Trends" at a high level discussion meeting concerning Serious Fraud in the UK. The other panel members were Robert Wardle, Head of the SFO and Simon Moss, Chief Executive of Mantas.

PCB Litigation was retained on a case where an Injunction obtained by other solicitors on behalf of their client had been discharged, the proceedings had been stayed, and an enquiry had been ordered as to the damages the Defendant claimed to have suffered, which he said would be running to hundreds of thousands of pounds. PCB Litigation successfully applied to the Court to remove the stay and reinstate the Injunction.
Steven Philippsohn was interviewed by BBC and ITN on possible damages claims that could be brought under English Law against Microsoft in respect of any losses suffered as a result of the flaw that they admitted in their recent software products.
