PCB Litigation have been retained to bring claims against a former consultant to a company for alleged VAT fraud.


PCB Litigation advised a company in relation to claims that it could make for theft of confidential information.


In the October issue of The In-House Lawyer Anthony Riem and Andrew Gilliland of PCB Litigation co-wrote an article on how computer imaging orders can change the nature of commercial disputes by retrieving crucial evidence long after users think it has been deleted.
