PCB Litigation have been retained by a national firm to recover claims in excess of £4m.
PCB Litigation advised an Eastern European company on a suspected letter of credit fraud involving a multi million dollar contract to ship purported goods from Southern Asia to Europe.
Steven Philippsohn of PCB Litigation LLP has been appointed Chairman of the UK's Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association. He is also a Founding Member of the Association together with leading commercial fraud lawyers from Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance and Baker & McKenzie.
PCB Litigation has advised as to the strategy to be adopted by victims of an international boiler room scam involving various European and African countries.
