On the 31 October The Daily Mail and Press Association reported that PCB Litigation were working with Lloyd's shareholders with regard to possible legal action against Lloyd's bosses over HBOS takeover.


On the 29 October both PCB Litigation and Steven Philippsohn were featured in The Times Corporate Fraud Supplement.
