David is a barrister, litigator and mediator with significant experience of complex international disputes and, in particular, insolvency, trust and fraud litigation and advocacy. David routinely advises and works with insolvency practitioners, offshore law firms, financial institutions and corporate and commercial clients throughout the world.
Prior to joining PCB Litigation LLP, David worked in the fraud and insolvency team at a firm in the City of London. Before that David worked as a legal practitioner in British Virgin Islands before becoming a partner and head of litigation for a firm in the Cayman Islands. David qualified as a solicitor in 2005 (now non-practising), before retraining and joining the Bar. He was called to the Independent Bar of England and Wales in July 2006, where he developed a successful commercial and chancery practice and is authorised to conduct litigation. David holds a LL.B (Hons) law degree from the University of Birmingham, which he obtained in 2002 and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in corporate and commercial law from the University of London, which he gained in 2005. David became a Mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in 2011.
