Natasha is a civil and commercial litigator with a background in general litigation, with particular experience in restructuring and insolvency litigation.
Prior to joining PCB, Natasha worked at a large commercial firm in New Zealand where she acted on a variety of significant disputes. She has advised the receivers of various major finance receiverships, as well as creditors in secured transactions disputes. She has acted for banks in relation to major regulatory investigations, as well as complex international enforcement proceedings. Natasha has also acted on contentious trusts matters concerning high-net worth individuals, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Natasha was admitted to the bar in New Zealand in 2012, and is enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington.
