Jon has wide-ranging experience in high value, complex and multijurisdictional disputes resolved by litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Before joining PCB Litigation, Jon spent ten years at a global law firm and on secondment as acting Group General Counsel for a leading African tower company.
Sarah is an experienced civil litigator, qualified in New Zealand with a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania. She has advised private and public clients on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Deborah is a commercial litigator, qualified in New Zealand with a First Class Honours degree in Law. Prior to joining PCB she was in private practice in New Zealand and has acted for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, corporates and creditors on a range of complex commercial, banking, and insolvency disputes.
Julia graduated from the University of London (LLB Hons) before working at several international law firms specialising in fraud, asset recovery, regulatory investigations and commercial litigation. Julia is a native Russian speaker. She joined PCB Litigation in May 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in June 2016.
