Having graduated from Cambridge University with a First Class Degree in History, Jon successfully converted to law at Nottingham Law School. He has wide-ranging experience in high value, complex and multijurisdictional disputes resolved by litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
Before joining PCB Litigation, Jon spent ten years at a global law firm and on secondment as acting Group General Counsel for a leading African tower company. Jon has acted on a variety of contentious issues involving fraud, asset recovery, contractual, tortious and restitutionary claims, insolvency, product liability, shareholder disputes, food safety, and real estate. Clients have included large international corporates, major banking institutions, funds, trustees, and high net worth individuals.
Jon has advised on disputes in numerous jurisdictions including the US, the CIS, the Cayman Islands, the Middle East, France (including the French West Indies), Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Jon’s work was highly commended in the Financial Times 2012 Special Report, Innovative Lawyers.
Jon is a member of the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
