Nick is a commercial litigator. He graduated from Exeter University with an Economics Degree before converting to law at Chester and Guildford Law Schools. He joined PCB Litigation in September 2009 having worked previously for two ‘Top 100’ City of London firms.

Track Record

Nick has acted for private and public body clients on a full range of corporate and commercial disputes. These have included asset recovery, professional negligence, fraud, banking, financial and regulatory, and insolvency matters as well as shareholder and directors’ disputes. He has extensive experience in managing and conducting large, high value and complicated litigation in both domestic and international forums (including a £100M claim in the Hong Kong courts). He is particularly accomplished in seeking worldwide freezing orders, search orders and third party disclosure orders.
Before joining PCB Litigation, Nick acted for a London Borough in the investigation of the largest-ever recorded fraud committed by a local government employee. This involved freezing injunctions, third party disclosure applications and the appointment and management of Court Receivers and Administrators.
