Trevor Mascarenhas has been heavily involved in all aspects of commercial and fraud dispute resolution since joining the firm as a trainee following degrees in Mathematics at Cambridge University and in Law at London University. He has an excellent reputation for coordinating proceedings in numerous countries.

Trevor has extensive experience across a wide range of commercial dispute resolution, fraud and asset tracing cases, including professional negligence claims, landlord & tenant litigation and shareholder disputes (such as advising on the prospective litigation arising from the merger between Lloyds Bank and HBOS).
His cases involve a wide range of industry sectors including banking, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications, professional services and real estate, acting for both Claimants and Defendants.
He has coordinated proceedings in numerous countries including, in several cases, obtaining and simultaneously serving freezing orders and similar injunctive relief in jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman, Belize, Switzerland, Belgium, Israel, Jersey, Guernsey and Cyprus, as well as England.
