Victoria is a Senior Associate with wide ranging experience in civil litigation and international arbitration. Victoria advises clients in relation to shareholder disputes, fraud, contractual and tortious claims, asset recovery, insolvency and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Victoria joined PCB Litigation in 2017. Before joining PCB Litigation, Victoria spent several years working in Tokyo, Japan in the dispute resolution team at Herbert Smith Freehills as a qualified Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi (registered foreign lawyer in Japan.)

Whilst at Herbert Smith Freehills, Victoria gained extensive multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution experience, including advising on large scale international arbitrations and satellite litigation spanning Asia, the Middle-East, the UK, BVI and Africa. Her clients included large Japanese trading companies, investor consortiums, banking institutions and high net worth individuals.

Victoria was admitted to practice in December 2010 in Perth, Western Australia where she qualified and worked for several years gaining widespread dispute resolution experience advising banks and medium to large corporations on general commercial litigation matters and complex insolvency litigation. She appeared as sole and junior counsel in the West Australian Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Magistrates Court.

Victoria also has in-house experience, after being seconded to the international legal department of a Japanese oil and gas exploration company in Tokyo in 2016, where she advised on various divestments and contractual law issues as well as providing pre disputes advice and assisting the business teams to develop appropriate conflict resolution strategies.
